Hi Chris, this is Tiffany aka "Winnie" who serviced the Honda Civic (black) at Berwick Automotive. Wow the service was great for my car! It just drives and sounds fantastic after the service. I will be a repeat customer for sure.My car runs so smoothly, the brake is super responsive and I have zero complaints. I am impressed by how clean your workshop is. I personally feel like my car is less noisy and better after the service.I got my car back in a very reasonable timeframe on the same day, and Chris was very thorough and transparent on what needed servicing.As an owner of a 12 year old car, I am very adamant about safety especially having responsive brakes, and the way they serviced my brakes made me feel reassured.They've kindly (and cleanly) removed all the old service stickers and left a clean one behind - this shows their amazing attention to detail.Chris is a friendly and honest man and you will be in good hands! I'll most likely get my mum to bring her car here too for servicing.Many thanks :)

I would strongly recommend this establishment to anyone based on my experience with them. Chris was able to accurately diagnose and resolve even esoteric/complex issues. They also offer a courtesy car if provided enough notice, which I appreciate!
